The Redox Protocol™
Advanced Nutritional Framework
Imagine if you could be 15 years ahead of everyone else….
In Western society, the abundance and widespread availability of processed food makes the majority of people’s diets net-oxidized, meaning there’s an imbalance in favor of free radicals (figure 1). This is because most people only consider macronutrient and micronutrient intake as a measure of dietary quality, failing to understand the importance and relevance of dietary antioxidants. This is exacerbated by the fact that convenience often takes precedence to other nutritional variables, meaning decisions are often made with respect to what’s easy and available as oppose to quality.
The Redox Protocol™ is an advanced nutritional framework which helps promote awareness of the underlying redox balance of the diet (figure 2). In addition to macros and micros, the protocol helps facilitate awareness of antioxidant quantity and type when eating, informing dietary decision-making from a wider set of variables. It also suggests foods which naturally balance each-others antioxidant and pro-oxidant characteristics, convenient when creating redox-balanced meals. With The Redox Protocol, eating becomes an act of precision and respect rather than inconsistency and impulse. The Redox Protocol can be integrated into an existing diet or customized from the ground up depending on individual requirements and goals. This approach has positioned us at the forefront of nutritional applied science, allowing us to deliver bespoke, world-class service to clients who value precision, awareness, and efficency.

The Redox Protocol™ is informed by emerging research in nutritional redox balance, with several peer-reviewed papers discussing the relationship between dietary quality, antioxidant intake and oxidative balance. For a limited time, we will allow clients that book a face-to-face appointment to sample a Redox Protocol product free of charge, regardless of whether they proceed with our services or not. I’m incredibly proud of the work we have achieved developing The Redox Protocol over the past 6 years and if you book an appointment, I look forward to working with you personally, as I will be attending certain Australian appointments for a limited time.
